Magic Chocolate Mud Pudding

My friend Sue made this recipe once when she had friends coming round for dinner. It is called Magic Pudding because it turns itself upside down whilst cooking; the liquid sinks to the bottom and the sponge rises to the top. What you end up with is a lovely chocolate-y goo-ey mess which is delicious with ice cream, custard or cream.
